Are you pressed for time but want to make an impressive dessert? These little brownie bites are so easy to assemble, with no baking required and a few ingredients you can really transform these store bought brownies into something delectable.

What you need:
Bag of "Two-Bite Brownies"
Chocolate, the better your chocolate the better the brownies will taste (I like to use the lindt milk chocolate bar)
Heavy Cream
Raspberries

What to do:
Begin by weighing your chocolate and your cream. It is best to weigh because you want a 1:1 ratio, and 1/2 cup of chocolate is not necessarily the same as 1/2 cup of cream. If you don't have a kitchen scale, go ahead and use measuring cups, this doesn't need to be an absolute science, just try your best to get a one to one ratio of chocolate and cream.

Place your cream and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat it for 30 seconds. Remove, stir, and heat for another 30 seconds. Repeat these steps until all your chocolate is melted and smooth.

Put the ganache (chocolate and cream) aside to cool for approximately 10 minutes. We don't need it to set at this point because dipping will be harder once it is set.

Holding a brownie from the bottom, dip just the top of the brownie into the ganache.

Place a raspberry on top and set aside to allow the ganache to finish setting. **NOTE: make sure your raspberries are fully dried before placing them on the ganache otherwise it will not set**

That's it, you're done! Sometimes you don't need to spend an entire day in the kitchen to make something wonderful, but don't worry that can be our little secret!
