These little triangles of heaven only require 3 ingredients and a little bit of patience, but the end result is well worth it.

Ingredients:
Phyllo Pastry
Butter
Nutella

Directions:
Thaw your phyllo dough according to the package and cut it length-wise into 5 or 6 rows, the more rows the small your triangles. Working with one row at a time, cover the remaining dough with a moist towel to prevent it from drying out.

Melt the butter and using a pastry brush, brush butter over the first layer of phyllo. Drop a heaping teaspoon full of Nutella at the bottom the phyllo row.

Bring the bottom right corner up to make a small triangle.

Now flip the bottom left corner up to create another triangle. Continue this all the way up the phyllo row.

Once you have finished the first phyllo roll, set aside the stuffed triangle and using your pastry brush, brush butter on a new layer of the phyllo (this will be your second layer). Place your first layer of stuffed phyllo onto the 2nd lawyer and using the same technique as before, flip stuffed phyllo into triangles until the second layer is done.

Continue this one more time with a 3rd layer. Once done, set the phyllo triangle on a baking sheet, seam side down and brush the top with a bit of butter.

Do this until all your phyllo is finished.

Preheat your oven to 400 F. Place your baking sheet into the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the phyllo is a nice golden brown.

Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool at least 10 minutes before eating. They taste wonderful warm but are lovely room temperature as well. These do not need to be refrigerated.
