Such a simple sauce that tastes so light and fresh. Fantastic pairing to a ravioli (Short rib ravioli recipe here).
What you need:
1/2 cup butter, salted
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 parsley, finely chopped
1/2 lemon
Parmesan cheese, optional
What to do:
In a sauce pan melt the butter over low heat, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add your favourite pasta, mix in the parsley and squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. Toss to coat the pasta, sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and serve.
