Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes (about fist sized)
2 limes
1/2 medium red onion
Pickled jalapeños
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
Salt

Directions:
Finely dice your tomatoes and onions and place in a medium sized bowl. Wash, dry and finely chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl. 

Finely dice the jalapeños and add a little at a time until it gets to the spiciness that you desire. I like to use the pickled jalapeños because I think it adds a nice flavour but you can also use fresh jalapeños. Add a dash of salt just to season. 

Squeeze the juice of 2 limes into the bowl. Tip: using a pair of tongs (as pictured) to squeeze the juice out saves your muscles from doing all the work. Give it a good mix and you're done, great with chips, or try this tostada salad recipe.
